Nippers 2010 at Floreat Beach

Summer in Floreat has definitely begun with the first day of Nippers training on the beach.

A magnificent day heralded the season start with myriad of smiling energetic faces radiantly brushing aside the last cobwebs of Winter. With a re-designed organisational structure the morning ran smoothly and efficiently despite the dumping surf.

U6 Uni vs Kalamunda Bulls

Another close and thoroughly enjoyable encounter between these two stalwarts of the U6 division saw Uni narrowly edge out the Bulls by one try.
Both sides demonstrated an excellent defensive line, occasional glimpses of teamwork and the expected degree of confusion at the breakdown.
The Uni team is certainly gaining in confidence, and this week managed to run forwards a fraction over 50% of the time - well done lads.
